Job summary

SRG Hospitality is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a cluster of venues in NSW, Sydney area. You’ll own guest experience, labour, cost control, compliance and leadership development across multiple sites, reporting to the F&B Director.

You will drive consistency, coach venue managers, and ensure audit readiness while partnering with the Executive Chef to align front- and back-of-house operations. This is a high-responsibility role with growth potential within SRG’s expanding portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-venue hospitality operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the results of your cluster: guest experience, labour and cost, compliance, and venue leadership.
• Coach, develop and empower Restaurant Managers to become leaders.
• Ensure venues are audit-ready with NSW liquor licensing, RSA, food safety, WHS and award obligations.
• Maintain consistency of SRG service standards and operating rhythm across all venues in your cluster.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure FOH and BOH run as one team.
• Identify early warning signs and stabilise underperforming venues.
• Monitor performance metrics and report to the F&B Director.
• Lead initiatives for business development and contract opportunities.
