Job summary

SRG Hospitality is seeking a Marketing Executive to own and drive campaigns across a growing portfolio of venues. Based at our Sydney Head Office, this hybrid role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver on-brand, data-driven outcomes.

You will partner with venue leaders, sales and operations, craft compelling content, manage digital channels, and support pre-opening activity for new venues.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing experience in hospitality or multi-site environments.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign execution.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset and hands-on approach.
• Experience with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva).

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple venues from concept to launch, optimisation and reporting
• Support pre-opening and launch activity for new venues joining the group
• Create and manage on-brand content across social, email, websites and in-venue collateral
• Write clear copy reflecting each venue’s personality while maintaining group consistency
• Work with photographers, videographers and designers to bring venues to life visually
• Maintain and update websites and social channels; support email marketing and CRM
• Track campaign performance and report on marketing impact to commercial outcomes
• Collaborate with venue GMs and teams to ensure marketing is locally relevant
