Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UKG Pro WFM specialist or functional consultant on UKG Pro/Kronos implementations.
• Proven capability to lead requirements elicitation, validation and traceability across multiple business areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage business, functional and process requirements for rostering, timesheets and leave.
• Map current and future-state processes to end-to-end solution designs.
• Facilitate workshops with police, VPS, roster writers, managers and vendors to confirm requirements.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, design, testing and deployment.
• Support testing, deployment planning and knowledge transfer activities.
