Victoria Police is implementing UKG Pro Workforce Management as a single enterprise solution for rostering, timesheets and leave management across operations and corporate environments in Victoria.

The Senior Business Analyst will translate complex requirements into end-to-end processes, working with stakeholders, UKG specialists and technical teams to ensure deliverables are fit for purpose and ready for deployment.

Responsibilities

• Define, analyze and validate requirements for rostering, timesheets and leave.
• Map current and future-state processes to end-to-end solution requirements, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Plan and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to confirm requirements and resolve design issues.
• Maintain clear traceability between endorsed requirements, solution design, configuration and testing.
• Prepare concise reports and governance material to support decision-making and risk escalation.
