Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a UKG Pro WFM specialist on Kronos/UKG implementations.
• Leads requirements elicitation with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex workforce contexts.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate requirements for rostering, timesheets and leave.
• Translate business needs into end-to-end solution specifications and rules.
• Lead workshops with police, VPS, managers, and vendors to confirm requirements.
• Maintain traceability from requirements to design, testing and deployment.
• Support deployment, readiness activities and governance reporting.
