Job summary

Panthers Group is seeking a Workforce Planning Specialist to lead scheduling, analytics and governance of UKG Pro WFM, helping optimise labour costs and compliance across NSW venues.

Reporting to Group People & Culture Manager and working with the Group CFO, this newly created role shapes workforce strategy, delivers insights, and partners with operations and IT to drive efficient rosters and informed decision making.

Qualifications

• Must have experience using and administering UKG Pro Workforce Management.
• Experience developing rosters that meet operation, workforce planning and analytics needs.
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights and practical processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capability.
• Willingness to learn business by collaborating with operations teams.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to identify better ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to develop efficient rosters that balance business needs, compliance and labour costs.
• Own and optimise UKG Pro WFM across Panthers Group, overseeing configuration, governance, enhancements and continuous improvement while ensuring legislative, Award and Enterprise Agreement compliance.
• Analyse workforce data and labour trends to identify opportunities, improve utilisation and address overtime, shift creep and roster inefficiencies.
• Deliver workforce insights and recommendations to leaders to support effective scheduling, labour optimisation and workforce planning.
• Maintain workforce data integrity and governance within UKG, including availability, qualifications, licences and compliance records.
• Coach and influence leaders to embed consistent workforce planning and scheduling best practice across the Group. Collaborate with Operations, IT, Finance and People & Culture to ensure workforce systems and processes support business objectives.
