Job summary

RTOsupport is seeking a hands-on senior training coordinator to ensure smooth training delivery, manage client accounts and collaborate with facilitators. The role supports business growth through sales, reporting and marketing activities.

You will oversee timetables, onboarding, logistics, enrolments and compliance reporting while acting as the primary contact for clients and partners. Experience in the first aid or safety training sector and familiarity with CRM systems are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in training coordination or similar operational role.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage training timetables and coordinate facilitators.
• Recruit, onboard and retain facilitators.
• Manage course logistics, stores and stock.
• Process enrolments, results and certificates, maintain student data.
• Support compliance reporting and keep documents current.
• Serve as main contact for client training requirements and accounts (training 1300 line).
• Build relationships with clients, facilitators and training partners.
• Generate leads, prepare quotes and client correspondence.
• Support affiliate networks with pricing and product info.
• Assist with tenders, including technical content.
