Job summary

The Insurance Commission of Western Australia is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide technology transformation programs. You will report to the Head of Technology Transformation and ensure governance, benefits realization, and sustainable business outcomes across multiple workstreams, vendors and stakeholders.

You will drive high-performing teams, manage risks and dependencies, and partner with business and technology functions to deliver real value for the organisation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading enterprise-scale technology transformation programs.
• Experience with Agile, SAFe and/or hybrid delivery models.
• Ability to translate strategy into integrated program plans and benefits realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex, enterprise-wide technology transformation programs.
• Provide strategic direction across scope, schedule, budget, quality and governance.
• Coordinate interdependent workstreams and manage risks and dependencies.
• Oversee vendors and delivery partners and advise senior stakeholders.
• Foster governance, collaboration and continuous improvement in support of objectives.
