• General insurance experience.
• Experience across underwriting, policy administration or core insurance platforms.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar transformation programs.
• Strong executive and SteerCo communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a major insurance technology transformation program.
• Deliver change across underwriting, policy administration and associated platforms.
• Manage multiple technology and business workstreams across a complex environment.
• Work closely with underwriting, product, operations and technology teams.
• Lead program governance, SteerCo reporting, RAID and complex dependencies.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors and delivery partners.
• Drive platform modernisation, process simplification and improved business outcomes.
• Support opportunities across data, automation and AI.
• Manage program budgets, delivery plans, resources and key milestones.
• Ensure effective transition from transformation into BAU.
