Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior Program Manager with track record delivering large technology programs.
• Strong general insurance domain experience.
• Experience managing multi-stream delivery across business and tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead a major insurance technology transformation program.
• Deliver change across underwriting, policy administration and platforms.
• Manage multiple technology and business workstreams in a complex environment.
• Coordinate with underwriting, product, operations and technology teams.
• Governance, SteerCo reporting, RAID and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors and delivery partners.
• Drive platform modernisation and better business outcomes.
• Support data, automation and AI initiatives.
• Manage budgets, delivery plans, resources and milestones.
• Ensure smooth transition to BAU.
