Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide technology programs.
• Strong background in project and program governance.
• Experience across infrastructure, cyber, ERP or transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and risk management capabilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex environments.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and project managers
• Develop and maintain program plans, governance frameworks, and reporting
• Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets
• Ensure program outcomes align with strategic business objectives
• Coordinate internal teams, partners, and third-party vendors
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
• Support change management and business readiness activities
