Qualifications
- Strong experience in PeopleTools and related technologies.
- 10-15+ years experience with complex L3 enhancements and fixes.
- Experience with delivery management tools (e.g. JIRA).
- Ability to translate requirements into robust solutions and guide design/development.

- Lead the design, development and support of high-quality technology solutions across the full lifecycle.
- Provide technical leadership and ensure secure, scalable solutions aligned with standards.
