Job summary

UNSW is hiring a Lead Developer to drive design, development and support of high-quality technology solutions at the Kensington campus in NSW. You’ll lead across the full solution lifecycle, ensuring secure, scalable, and standards-aligned delivery with strong stakeholder collaboration.

The role requires deep PeopleTools knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion/OCI is desirable. Hybrid flexible working 2–3 days in the office, with opportunities to influence critical university

Qualifications

• Strong experience in PeopleTools and related technologies (SQL, App Designer, App Engine, CI, IB, Workflow, Fluid).
• Solid understanding of PeopleSoft HCM components and Australia payroll.
• Desirable knowledge of Oracle Fusion and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and support of technology solutions with strong user experience.
• Provide technical leadership across the full solution lifecycle from design to deployment and support.
• Translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions with best practices.
