Job summary

NCS Australia is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft/Oracle Developer to join a critical enterprise program in Sydney. The role focuses on development, enhancement, and optimization of core PeopleSoft modules, combining PeopleTools/PeopleCode with Oracle tuning to ensure system stability and performance.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing PeopleSoft features, performing SQL/PL-SQL tuning, and ensuring seamless system delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a PeopleSoft Applications Developer.
• Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in Oracle database development (Oracle 12c or higher).
• At least 5 years' dedicated experience with PeopleCode and PeopleTools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, unit test, and document customized PeopleSoft application features and modules.
• Conduct performance analysis, query tuning, index optimization, and troubleshooting on Oracle databases.
• Review technical specs, troubleshoot batch/online process issues, and adhere to development standards.
• Develop and maintain business logic, custom components, pages, and integrations using PeopleTools and PeopleCode.
• Support data integration pipelines, interfaces, and system uplift activities across the Oracle/PeopleSoft landscape.
