Live North West QLD is seeking a Senior Team Leader to guide a team delivering high-quality child protection services within the CSSC, aligned to legislation and practice guidelines. You will oversee assessment, intervention, casework and case management for children, young people, families and communities in North West Queensland.

The role requires a degree in relevant fields, a Blue Card, and a valid C driver’s licence. It is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Degree in social work, human services, behavioural sciences or legal studies.
• Blue Card required.
• C class driver's licence.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and management of staff to deliver quality child protection services.
• Allocate and prioritise work tasks per policy and delegations.
• Develop service responses to meet client needs with the Service Centre Manager.
• Identify training needs and engage development specialists.
• Develop cross-sector partnerships to enhance service delivery.
• Participate in quality assurance reviews and advise on complex casework.
