Job summary

ClickUp is seeking an experienced Manager to lead and develop a team of Technical Account Managers (TAMs) across Australia. You will drive adoption, retention, and growth, coach in customer strategy and solution delivery, and scale delivery through playbooks and partnerships with Sales, Product, Support, and the Partner Ecosystem.

This hands-on leadership role requires a player/coach mindset, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to translate customer needs into scalable, high-quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Account Management or related delivery function.
• Proven track record delivering complex SaaS engagements with measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of AI Agent prompting and workflow design.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop TAMs with clear outcomes and growth paths.
• Run coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning to build future leaders.
• Coach TAMs on discovery, solution design, executive engagement, and business-value mapping.
• Plan capacity and leverage Partner Ecosystem to balance customer needs and workloads.
• Own team retention, renewal readiness, and expansion with Sales and partners.
• Lead escalations for high-risk accounts with cross-functional coordination.
• Define operating rhythms, playbooks, and escalation paths for consistent delivery.
