Red Hat is seeking a Director, Technical Account Management (TAM) for the APAC region, based in Singapore. You will lead a team of senior TAM Managers and TAMs across APAC, translating global goals into regional strategy to drive growth and customer value.

You will partner with regional leadership, align GTM initiatives, and ensure successful renewals and expansion through strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Consulting teams. Fluent English required.

Formación

• 10+ years in leadership or management of customer-facing field teams.
• Experience managing a multi-country/region organization.
• Proven ability to drive transformational change.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of TAM Managers across APAC.
• Collaborate with APAC Services LT for alignment and growth.
• Grow APAC TAM business alongside Consulting and Training.
