Job summary

Talent in Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Program Coordinator to support delivery of a high-profile enterprise-wide strategic program. You will coordinate governance, reporting, and program controls while supporting executive decision-making across multiple workstreams.

• Strong written communication with executive papers and governance docs.
• Experience monitoring schedules, risks, issues, actions and dependencies.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic program activities across multiple workstreams.
• Establish governance frameworks, templates and schedules.
• Prepare governance reporting, executive presentations and Program Board packs.
• Monitor program schedules, milestones, risks, issues, actions and dependencies.
• Develop executive-quality presentations, reports, roadmaps and communication materials.
• Facilitate Program Board meetings, Steering Committee meetings and governance forums.
• Maintain program registers, governance records and reporting documentation.
• Build effective relationships with program teams, vendors and executive stakeholders.
• Support cost investigation, expenditure monitoring and program controls.
• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions and governance meetings.
