Johnson & Johnson Australia seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across Australia and New Zealand, with ownership of a broad portfolio including Commercial and Supply Chain, and close collaboration with senior leaders.

You will build proactive talent pipelines, apply market insights to hiring strategies, and deliver an engaging, inclusive candidate experience using innovative recruitment technology.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end recruitment in a complex org.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and advise.
• Strong sourcing and pipeline development capabilities.
• Ability to translate market insights into hiring strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across a broad portfolio of roles.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, advising on strategy and market conditions.
• Develop tailored sourcing and attraction strategies for complex roles.
• Build and manage talent pipelines to support current and future hires.
• Use talent intelligence and data to identify challenges and inform decisions.
• Own recruitment challenges and keep hiring moving forward.
• Challenge status quo and bring new ideas to attract and hire talent.
• Translate market dynamics into a clear talent narrative for managers.
• Use recruitment tech and AI-enabled solutions to improve processes.
• Ensure an engaging, inclusive candidate experience throughout the journey.
• Collaborate across Talent Acquisition, HR and business to deliver priorities.
