Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead for ANZ to architect and execute a world-class recruitment strategy across Capital Markets, Leasing Advisory, Corporate Functions and Early Careers in Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to Head of Talent Acquisition APAC, you will partner with business leaders, leverage TA tech, and drive a data-driven, candidate-centric hiring framework to secure top-tier talent in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of talent acquisition experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing, assessing, and closing diverse talent in fast-paced environments.
• Solid understanding of local labor laws across the Australian and New Zealand markets.
• Experience running campus recruitment or early careers programs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive End-to-End Recruitment Like a Sales Leader.
• Own the full-e for key roles across Capital Markets, Leasing Advisory, Corporate Functions, and Early Careers.
• Partner with Business Leadership as a strategic advisor to understand business goals and define ideal candidate profiles.
• Adopt a forward-thinking, proactive approach to talent strategy, moving beyond a traditional reactive recruitment model.
• Build Talent Pipelines with a Hunter Mindset.
• Proactively source passive and diverse talent using data-informed techniques.
• Monitor competitor hiring trends and advise on timing, positioning, and compensation strategy.
• Cultivate and maintain robust talent communities for critical roles.
