JLL is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead for ANZ to architect and execute a world-class recruitment strategy that enables JLL to attract, engage and onboard top talent at scale across Australia and New Zealand. You will partner with business leaders to define profiles, advise on market timing and compensation, and drive a proactive, consultative approach to talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent acquisition across corporate, RPO or agency settings, with exposure to professional services, real estate, finance or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand labour laws.
• Experience running campus recruitment or early careers programs is highly desirable.
