Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience across agency, RPO, in-house or blended environments.
• Strong sourcing, headhunting and talent mapping capability.
• Experience recruiting commercial, sales and/or corporate roles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to identify and engage hard-to-find talent in competitive markets.
• Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
• Interest in modern recruitment practices, technology and continuous improvement.
