Fire and Rescue NSW is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead end-to-end recruitment operations across a busy, high-volume environment in NSW. The role supports onboarding services and governance compliance while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes.
You will oversee day-to-day recruitment activities, providing strategic advice and leveraging recruitment technologies to optimise service delivery and workforce capability.
Reporting into the Manager Talent Acquisition, you will lead the delivery of Fire and Rescue NSW’s talent acquisition operations, coordinating contemporary end-to-end recruitment and onboarding services to meet workforce requirements. You will oversee day-to-day recruitment activities and contribute to the delivery of specialised recruitment programs, providing informed advice and ensuring compliance with approved policies, frameworks and governance requirements. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, customer-focused recruitment outcomes that support organisational capability and business needs.
