Job summary

Fire and Rescue NSW is seeking a Business Operations Lead to coordinate and oversee business support, governance, reporting, project and administrative services across the Community Safety Directorate. Business Operations Lead

• Ongoing Full time
• Clerk Grade 9/10
• Package up to $166,549 pa. Package includes salary range ($133,348 pa to $146,945 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
• Hybrid work from our office in Greenacre and remotely.

About the role:

Coordinate and oversee business support, governance, reporting, project and administrative services across the Community Safety Directorate to support operational effectiveness, business improvement and the achievement of Directorate priorities.

About you:

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Experience coordinating business operations, governance activities and business improvement initiatives within a complex organisation, including managing competing priorities, supporting managers and delivering quality outcomes.
• Experience undertaking research and analysis, and preparing reports, briefing materials and recommendations to support informed decision-making, operational performance and stakeholder engagement.

Essential Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in business management, administration, or a related field or equivalent professional experience in managing business operations and support services.
