Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Senior Service Analyst (Fixed Term 6–12 months) to provide expert Application Support and Supply Chain engineering. You will manage critical production environments, coordinate with business users and vendors, and drive system stability and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong SQL/PLSQL, UNIX/Linux, shell scripting, and cloud knowledge (Azure). You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver robust incident resolution and production support across SCM

Qualifications

Strong experience supporting and managing Supply Chain applications/systems.
Proven ability to administer, configure, monitor, and maintain mission-critical environments.
Hands-on experience with systems integration and troubleshooting.
Understanding of Cloud Infrastructure, preferably Microsoft Azure.
Intermediate to advanced experience with batch scheduling tools and processes.

Responsibilities

Support and manage Supply Chain applications in production environments.
Administer, configure, monitor, and maintain mission-critical environments.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution and project delivery.
Engage with Business and IT stakeholders to ensure service continuity and improvements.
