Job summary

HCLTech Australia is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Service Analyst for a fixed-term engagement (6–12 months). The role focuses on application and supply chain support with strong SQL, UNIX, integration, and cloud skills, collaborating with business users, vendors, and IT teams to ensure system stability and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with supply chain processes, batch scheduling, and ITIL-aligned operations, delivering reliable production

Qualifications

• Experience supporting supply chain applications and systems.
• Ability to administer, configure, monitor, and maintain production environments.
• Experience with system integration and troubleshooting.
• Strong SQL/PLSQL and shell scripting skills.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure.
• Familiarity with batch scheduling tools and ITIL principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide application and supply chain system support for production environments.
