Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Senior Service Analyst (Fixed Term 6–12 months) to provide expert Application Support and Supply Chain engineering. You will manage critical production environments, coordinate with business users and vendors, and drive system stability and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong SQL/PLSQL, UNIX/Linux, shell scripting, and cloud knowledge (Azure). You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver robust incident resolution and production support across SCM

Qualifications

• Strong experience supporting and managing Supply Chain applications/systems.
• Proven ability to administer, configure, monitor, and maintain mission-critical environments.
• Hands-on experience with systems integration and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Cloud Infrastructure, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with batch scheduling tools and processes.

Job Description – Senior Service Analyst

Employment Type: Fixed Term role for 6 months to 12 months

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Application Support / Supply Chain Support Engineer with strong SQL, UNIX, integration, and cloud knowledge, capable of managing critical production environments while working closely with business users, vendors, and technical teams to ensure system stability and continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Experience Required

• Strong experience supporting and managing Supply Chain applications/systems.

• Proven ability to administer, configure, monitor, and maintain mission-critical environments.

• Hands-on experience with systems integration and troubleshooting.

• Strong technical expertise in:

  • SQL / PLSQL

  • UNIX/Linux

  • Shell scripting

• Understanding of Cloud Infrastructure, preferably Microsoft Azure.

• Good knowledge of Supply Chain processes and concepts.

• Intermediate to advanced experience with batch scheduling tools and processes.

• Strong understanding of IT systems, architecture, and application support.

• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and optimization.

• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution and project delivery.

• Strong focus on customer service and stakeholder management.

• Experience in:

  • Customer management

  • Incident management

  • Production support environments

• Solid understanding of ITIL principles (preferred).

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to effectively engage with both Business and IT stakeholders.

• Good understanding of enterprise IT environments and governance.
