Job summary

HCLTech Australia is recruiting a Release Manager (Supply Chain) to plan, coordinate, and manage releases of supply chain applications and enhancements into production, ensuring minimal disruption and high efficiency. You will develop release plans, work with stakeholders, manage governance, and ensure quality, security, and compliance before deployment.

Experience with ERP systems and ITIL is preferred; a Bachelor's degree is expected and ongoing improvements across deployment practices are

Qualifications

Experience in Release Management, Change Management, or IT Service Management.
Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management processes and systems.
ITIL framework knowledge and Release Governance experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage release plans, schedules, and deployment strategies.
Coordinate with stakeholders, project teams, developers, QA, and vendors.
Lead release governance, readiness reviews, change approvals, and sign-offs.
Ensure releases meet quality, security, and business requirements before production.
Manage release calendars and dependencies across projects and environments.
Monitor post-release performance and coordinate incident resolution.
