Bunnings Warehouse Newcastle-Maitland is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead store operations, champion safety, and create a welcoming, well-presented environment that delivers a great customer experience. • Coach team members to deliver knowledgeable service and achieve operational goals.
• Maintain stock flow and replenishment to ensure shelves are well presented.
• Promote a strong safety culture and wellbeing.
• Resolve customer queries with practical, helpful responses.
• Assist with onboarding and developing staff.
