Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the superannuation sector, leveraging your industry network and market knowledge to build and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Develop compelling value propositions, tenders and proposals that demonstrate EML's differentiated approach to claims management and position us for sustainable growth.
• Represent EML across the superannuation industry, building our market profile through senior stakeholder engagement, industry forums, conferences and external events.
• Work closely with senior leaders and operational teams to shape growth strategies, develop customer solutions and support the successful transition and onboarding of new clients.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with superannuation funds, life insurers, administrators and other key industry stakeholders, from initial engagement through to ongoing relationship management.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic insight on industry trends, competitors and emerging opportunities to inform EML's growth strategy and identify new avenues for partnership.
