EML, based in Sydney, is seeking a Project Specialist to lead and coordinate strategic and operational projects, delivering milestones and measurable outcomes. You will develop plans, governance artefacts and reporting to support decisions, while building strong stakeholder relationships.

This full-time role, based at the Sydney George Street office with optional work from home, offers hybrid work, development opportunities and an environment that values balance and impact.

Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating or delivering projects, programmes or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Highly organised with planning and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reports and presentations.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in workers compensation, injury management, insurance, health or related industries is valued.

• Lead and coordinate delivery of strategic and operational projects, ensuring milestones and outcomes are achieved.
• Develop project plans, business documentation and governance artefacts to support delivery.
• Support development and delivery of agency initiatives and mutual benefits projects.
• Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships to enable collaboration.
• Support continuous improvement and change initiatives by identifying trends and risks.
