HCF is seeking a Senior Strategy Lead to advance its 2030 Strategy and drive high-impact planning in Australia’s largest not-for-profit health insurer. The role partners with the Head of Corporate Strategy to influence executives and steer strategic initiatives that improve health outcomes for millions.

The position combines strategic analysis, business planning, and cross-functional collaboration, with a flexible, hybrid work setup based in Sydney.

• 5+ years of experience in strategy or strategy consulting.
