HCF is seeking a Senior Strategy Lead to work with the Head of Corporate Strategy, driving strategic initiatives, leading business planning, and informing decisions that improve health outcomes for Australians. This is a max term contract through June 2028, with hybrid flexibility in Sydney.

You will lead strategic analysis across major initiatives, support planning, prepare Board-level materials, and champion strategic thinking while identifying trends and risks for proactive responses.

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting or equivalent
• Strong financial modelling, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Able to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies with openness to new tools and ways of working
• Clear communicator capable of influencing at all levels

As Senior Strategy Lead, you'll work closely with the Head of Corporate Strategy to drive strategic initiatives, lead business planning, and support decisions that improve the health outcomes of millions of Australians.

What You'll Do:

• Lead strategic analysis and insight generation across key initiatives

Who You Are:

• An experienced strategy professional with 5+ years' experience in strategy consulting
• Skilled in financial modelling, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity
• Curious about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to adopt new tools and ways of working
• A clear communicator who can influence at all levels
