HCF, Australia’s largest not-for-profit health insurer, is seeking a Senior Strategy Lead in Sydney to drive our 2030 Strategy, partner with the Head of Corporate Strategy, and lead business planning to improve health outcomes for millions of Australians.

You will translate priorities into divisional plans, prepare Board-level materials, influence senior decisions, and champion strategic thinking across the organisation, using data, AI-enabled insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• 5+ years’ experience in strategy consulting or equivalent
• Strong skills in financial modelling, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity
• Curious about AI and emerging technologies, with willingness to adopt new tools
• Clear communicator capable of influencing at all levels

As Senior Strategy Lead , you’ll work closely with the Head of Corporate Strategy to drive strategic initiatives, lead business planning, and support decisions that improve the health outcomes of millions of Australians.

What You’ll Do:

Who You Are:

An experienced strategy professional with 5+ years’ experience in strategy consulting
Skilled in financial modelling, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity
Curious about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to adopt new tools and ways of working
A clear communicator who can influence at all levels
