The Hospitals Contribution Fund Of Australia Limited (HCF) is hiring a Senior Strategy Lead to drive the 2030 Strategy. Based in Sydney with hybrid options, you’ll partner with the Head of Corporate Strategy to advance strategic initiatives, support business planning, and influence high-level decision-making for improved health outcomes.

You bring 5+ years in strategy consulting, strong modelling and analytics, and a collaborative mindset.

We're Hiring: Senior Strategy Lead – Help Deliver HCF’s 2030 Strategy. Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for impact? Join us at HCF, Australia’s largest not-for-profit health insurer, as we deliver on our bold 2030 Strategy and shape the future of healthcare. This is a max term contract until the end of June 2028. As Senior Strategy Lead, you’ll work closely with the Head of Corporate Strategy to drive strategic initiatives, lead business planning, and support decisions that improve the health outcomes of millions of Australians.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead strategic analysis and insight generation across key initiatives.
• Support the annual business planning process and ensure alignment with our long-term strategy.
• Prepare Board-level materials and influence senior decision-making.
• Champion strategic thinking across the organisation.
• Help identify emerging trends, risks and opportunities that may require strategic responses or refreshes.

Who You Are:

• An experienced strategy professional with 5+ years’ experience in strategy consulting.
• Skilled in financial modelling, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.
• Curious about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to adopt new tools and ways of working.
• A clear communicator who can influence at all levels.
