Job summary

Urbis, a multidisciplinary urban consultancy, seeks an experienced Learning and Development specialist to shape people strategies that strengthen culture and performance. You will partner with leaders to design and deliver culture, leadership, mentoring and capability programs across the business.

In this role you will manage end-to-end learning initiatives, collaborate with the national People & Culture team, and translate trends in leadership and the future of work into innovative capability

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, facilitating and evaluating learning and development initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with leaders and SMEs.
• Demonstrated project and learning systems management experience with timelines and budgets.
• Collaborative and growth mindset to bring energy and new thinking.
• Passion for purpose-led work and driving positive community impact.
