Job summary

Ruah Community Services is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead capability initiatives, partner with leaders, and drive workforce development across a values-driven organisation.

You will oversee the development and delivery of training programs, e-learning resources, inductions and leadership initiatives, while contributing to organisational projects and continuous improvement. This is a permanent full-time role based in Northbridge.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in Learning and Development or related fields.
• Experience designing, delivering and evaluating learning solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Commitment to inclusive practices and diversity.
• Experience supporting organisational change and project initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with LMS and digital learning platforms.
