Urbis in Sydney is seeking a Senior Learning & Capability Consultant to lead culture and capability programs across the business. You will partner with leaders to shape people strategies, manage induction, transition, leadership development and talent initiatives with a focus on measurable impact.

This 12-month contract role suits an autonomous professional who translates trends into practical development experiences, using LMS insights to drive workforce readiness and outcomes.

The Organisational Development (OD) & Culture team help shape the environment for our people and business to thrive. In this role, you will partner with leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that build capability, strengthen culture and support organisational performance.

As an experienced learning and development specialist, you will manage the design and implementation of a wide range of culture and capability programs across the business including induction and transition, consulting, leadership, mentoring initiatives, talent programs, compliance and other professional programs.

• Proven experience designing, facilitating and evaluating learning and development initiatives, with the ability to translate organisational needs into practical, engaging and business-focused solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a track record of partnering with leaders and subject matter experts to deliver high-impact people and capability outcomes.
• Demonstrated project and learning systems management experience, including LMS administration, reporting, data analysis and the successful delivery of multiple initiatives within agreed timeframes and budgets.

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Organisational Development or a related discipline, with demonstrated experience in learning, leadership development and organisational capability programs. Hogan Assessment accreditation desirable.
