Job summary

Ruah invites an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead capability initiatives, partner with leaders, and drive meaningful workforce development across our values-driven organisation based in Northbridge.

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will design engaging learning solutions, deliver training programs and e-learning resources, and support leadership development, compliance, safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in Learning and Development or related field.
• Experience designing, delivering and evaluating learning solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Commitment to inclusive practices and working with diverse backgrounds.
• Experience with organisational change and project initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of training programs, e-learning resources and induction.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability needs and design learning solutions.
• Drive leadership initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
