Job summary

Bunnings is seeking a Senior Supervisor on the Gold Coast to lead daily store operations, inspire the team, and ensure a safe, well‑stocked and welcoming customer experience.

You’ll partner with store leadership, coach teammates, manage shifts, and drive safety and service excellence. The role is full time with morning, day and evening shifts across seven days.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing leadership or supervisory role.
• Confidence supporting store operations, including safety, stock management and customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work across a rotating roster, including opening and closing shifts.
• Focus on creating a positive environment for team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front, creating a welcoming, safe and well-presented store environment that sets the tone for a great customer experience
• Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing, and stepping into site leadership when required
• Coach and guide team members on the shop floor, helping them deliver knowledgeable and helpful service
• Keep the store running smoothly through effective workforce planning, stock flow and replenishment
• Drive a strong safety culture by promoting safe practices and supporting team wellbeing
• Resolve customer queries in a practical, helpful way that builds trust and loyalty
• Look for better ways of working, improving efficiency and supporting the rollout of new tools or processes
• Play a key role in onboarding and developing team members, supporting their growth and confidence on the job
