Job summary

Early Start Australia Pty is seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist for our Toowong clinic in Brisbane. Join a supportive allied health team delivering evidence-based, child-focused services across clinic, home, school and community settings.

You will develop tailored therapy programs, collaborate with other professionals, and contribute to continuous service improvement while enjoying flexible hours and strong mentoring opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Speech Pathologist with AHPRA registration and SPA membership.
• Experience delivering paediatric therapy in early intervention settings is preferred.
• Ability to align therapy with NDIS funding plans and documentation.
• Demonstrated capacity to work within a multidisciplinary team and manage complex caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored speech pathology services across clinic, home, school and community settings.
• Develop, implement and evaluate client-specific therapy programs aligned to goals.
• Manage a discipline-specific caseload, including complex cases.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to coordinate care and outcomes.
• Prepare reports, reviews and required documentation in a timely manner.
• Support supervision and mentoring of junior clinicians and students.
