Early Start Australia is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our Montrose clinic, delivering client-centred therapy across clinic, home, school and community settings.

You will work with children and families, developing goal-focused plans, collaborating with other professionals, and contributing to program development and reporting. The role offers flexibility and opportunities for professional growth within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering high quality evidence-based and goal-focused therapeutic intervention in an early intervention and/ or paediatric allied health setting.
• Understanding and supporting the principles of individualised services including the ability to adapt services to meet individual needs.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with a range of children and families and external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Identify and complete assessments appropriate for each client.
• Manage a discipline-specific caseload, including complex clients, using a case management approach.
• Deliver services across clinic, home, school, and community settings as required.
• Collaborate with allied health team members to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Develop and deliver specialised programs such as group therapy and parent workshops.
