Early Start Australia Pty is seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist for our Maroochydore clinic. You will assess, plan and deliver individualised therapy across clinic, home and school settings, collaborating with an allied health team to achieve optimal outcomes for children and families.

You will work within a multidisciplinary environment, supported by leaders who value best practice and ongoing professional development, with flexible hours and a strong focus on family-centred care.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience in solution-focused therapy and early intervention.
• Ability to adapt services to individual needs.
• Proven ability to engage with children, families and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Exceptional observational and report writing skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and autonomously in the community.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and complete assessments suitable for each client.
• Manage a caseload including complex clients with case management.
• Develop, implement and adjust tailored therapy programs.
• Deliver services across clinic, home, school and community settings.
• Collaborate with allied health team to achieve outcomes.
• Develop and deliver group programs and parent workshops.
