Job summary

Early Start Australia in Toowoomba is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver evidence-based, goal‑driven therapy across clinic, home, school and community settings. You will design tailored programs, assess progress, and report outcomes to families and health professionals.

Applicants must hold a Speech Pathology degree, be registered with AHPRA/SPA, and have current checks (NDIS, WWC/Working with Vulnerable People, Police). Flexible hours and strong support are offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Speech Pathology and registered with AHPRA/SPA.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check completed.
• Current driver''s license and vehicle.
• Working with Children Check or Working with Vulnerable People registration.
• National Police Check.
• Accredited First Aid Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality therapy services across clinic, home, school and community.
• Develop tailored therapy programs and goal plans; adjust as needed.
• Record treatment notes within 24 hours; prepare reports for clients, families and health professionals.
• Align therapy plans with funding types and NDIA plans.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
• Comply with WHS, privacy and child safety policies.
