Job summary

Early Start Australia in Coomera is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join a multidisciplinary allied health team, delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy for children and families. You’ll assess, plan, implement and review tailored programs across clinic, home, and school settings, working with other professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

You’ll contribute to group programs and parent workshops, maintain accurate records, and align with funding plans.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering evidence-based, goal-focused therapy in paediatric allied health.
• Ability to adapt services to meet individual needs and engage with children and families.
• Experience mentoring or supervising others in the discipline.

Responsibilities

• Identify and complete client assessments.
• Manage a caseload including complex clients.
• Develop and implement tailored therapy programs.
• Deliver services across clinic, home, school and community.
• Collaborate with other health professionals.
• Prepare home/session resources and session plans.
• Maintain privacy and compliance with policies.
• Produce progress reviews and reports.
