Job summary

Early Start Australia in Australia-wide clinics seeks an experienced Speech Pathologist to support children aged 0-16 and their families. You’ll work across clinic, home, school, and community settings within a multidisciplinary allied health team, applying person-centred, evidence-based approaches and ensuring privacy and compliance.

• Demonstrated experience in solution-focused therapy and early intervention.
• Ability to adapt services to meet individual needs.
• Engage with children, families and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy across clinic, home, school and community settings.
• Develop, implement and evaluate tailored therapy programs.
• Record treatment notes within 24 hours and provide reports.
• Align plans with funding types and review NDIA plans.
• Participate in team meetings and maintain records per policy.
• Maintain privacy, safety and compliance in all activities.
