Job summary

Early Start Australia Toowong clinic is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver evidence-based, goal-oriented therapy to children aged 0-16. You’ll work with families, schools and other professionals to support development across communication, motor, cognitive and social domains.

The role offers flexible hours, compressed work options, and generous leave, plus CPD and a collaborative ESA network across Australia. PMS reporting and client-centred care are a focus.

Qualifications

• Qualified Speech Pathologist with relevant registration.
• Experience in early intervention/paediatric settings.
• Ability to engage with children and families and external stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy across clinic, home, school and community.
• Develop and adjust tailored therapy programs to client goals.
• Record treatment notes within 24 hours in PMS.
• Prepare reports for clients, families and health professionals.
• Collaborate with other health professionals as required.
