Qualifications

• 6–8+ years' experience in organic social media and influencer marketing in an agency or brand setting.
• Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution for campaigns.
• Experience negotiating creator fees, talent contracts and budgets.
• Knowledge of platform trends and creator culture across major socials.

Responsibilities

• Lead social and influencer campaigns that meet client objectives and drive meaningful results.
• Be a trusted client partner with expert advice on social strategy and advocacy.
• Champion social-first thinking across creative, strategy, production and paid teams.
• Build creator partnerships, manage negotiations, rights and deliverables.
• Grow the Corporate and B2B social offering in Perth and connect with the wider network.
• Contribute to pitches, proposals and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Social@Ogilvy teams in Sydney and Melbourne; manage budgets and forecasting.
