Ogilvy PR in Perth is seeking an experienced Consultant (Account Manager) to join on a 12-month contract, with potential to extend. You’ll work with The Brand Agency team in Perth and the Ogilvy PR team in Sydney to deliver corporate communications, media relations, and integrated campaigns for a major client.

You will develop stories, manage media relationships, create releases and pitches, and translate complex topics into clear messages for diverse audiences.

Qualifikationen

• Account management experience at senior levels, with client-facing delivery.
• Experience with corporate, business, technology or related clients.
• Solid knowledge of the Australian media landscape and relationships.
• Proven ability to develop stories and secure quality editorial coverage.
• Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisation and campaign delivery skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Support the development and delivery of communications campaigns for a major project.
• Work closely with The Brand Agency team in Perth and the Ogilvy PR team in Sydney.
• Manage day-to-day client communications and campaign activity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Australian media.
• Identify proactive media opportunities and pitch compelling stories.
• Develop high-quality communications materials, including media releases, pitches and briefing documents.
• Immerse yourself in the client’s business, networks, issues and industry.
• Stay across competitors and the broader energy landscape.

• Support integrated campaigns that connect communications, channels and messages.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders with attention to detail.
• Contribute ideas and strategic recommendations to achieve client objectives.
