Ogilvy Australia in Perth is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to lead Corporate and B2B social and influence work across Social@Ogilvy and The Brand Agency.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on social execution, managing campaigns, creator partnerships and client relationships to deliver measurable results.

Based in WA, you will help expand our corporate social offering and connect with national Ogilvy teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in organic social media and influencer marketing.
• Agency or brand experience with social campaigns.
• Experience negotiating creator fees, talent contracts and licensing.
• Strong client management and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of platform trends and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead social and influence campaigns: strategic organic efforts and influencer work.
• Be a trusted client partner with advice on social strategy and collaborations.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, production and paid media teams.
• Manage creator partnerships, contracts, rights, and fees.
• Grow Corporate & B2B Social & Influence offering in Perth.
• Contribute to pitches and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Social@Ogilvy teams in Sydney and Melbourne.
• Own budgets, forecasting and campaign performance metrics.
